Every year, we taste hundreds — if not thousands — of wine. However, other wine publications taste tens if not hundreds of thousands of wine, usually in a mass tasting frenzy best described as "obscene." Us? We just prefer to take our time, and give each wine its ample space to say its peace. Kind of like you. And we're also very selective in what crosses our tasting table in the first place.
