In the talk, Kevin and Kym discussed the latest research as well as important gaps in public health messaging regarding alcohol-related health news, as well as the media’s black-and-white coverage of it.
Sommelier Scott Thomas (@_scott_thomas_wino) also joined us to talk about what he looks for when selecting non-alcoholic wine options for his restaurant’s wine list, as well as pairing mocktails with food.
The aim of this broadcast conversation is to alleviate some of the confusion, especially surrounding the Surgeon General’s new decree on warning labels.
