For more than 20 years, the importer known as VINTUS has brought the American fine wine scene an array of exceptional choices: benchmark Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhône and Champagne? Check. Historic family estates from Italy? You’ve got it. Today, VINTUS represents leading wineries from France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, New Zealand and California, including such iconic producers as Château Margaux, Champagne Bollinger, E. Giugal, William Fèvre, Frescobaldi and Tommasi.

From my standpoint as a wine writer, their portfolio is a statement on consistency and regional fidelity while also providing wide availability. The company is represented in all 50 states, which is an incredibly complicated feat to pull off. I am proud to count them as subscribers and collaborators in telling the story of authentic French, Italian and Spanish wine for this website.
