In this 30-minute (or so) presentation, I cover six of the most obvious flaws, including heat damage, oxidation, reduction, brettanomyces, volatile acidity and TCA (corked wines). It is important to note that everyone has different levels of tolerance when it comes to detecting these flaws, but with the help of this class, you should be able to have an idea of what to look for in every wine you taste.
